Nelia Beach Hotel & Spa - Ayia Napa

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I also appreciated the warm welcome I received with a cake and wine. I recommend enjoying the spa treatments. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Breakfasts

A supposedly 4-star hotel with zero charm, no reading lamp by the bed and the breakfast was an absolute joke, woudl ve been less disappointing if a decent cup of coffee was available instead of that abysmal swill. The cherry on top? Not a single complimentary gesture , despite the disgraceful service. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The beach proximity was perfect.

I greatly enjoyed staying at hotel and would definitely go back. Generally, the place was wonderful and had really kind staff at the reception desk. Its location was very central, 500 metres from Limanaki. And I was close to restaurants and an amusement park.

The breakfast was rich and savoury, the check in was early.

We had a family suite with a nice layout. It was spacious and clean, perfect to chill after a long day. The balcony was a highlight-much bigger than expected, with a double sun lounger, a nice surprise! The room divider between the single and double beds added a bit of privacy too. Really comfy stay.

The location is perfect, only a short walk to fine beaches. The breakfast variety is really good, even serving sparkling wine! Great staff are always willing to help.

Limited sun lounger availability led to frustrations, and the evening entertainment quality often fell flat, leaving us wishing for more engaging options.

Great location close to nightlife and shops. The pool area was nice, and the all-inclusive food was decent. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the beach and local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The pool area was perfect with ample comfy sun loungers and the location was just a short walk to the fine beach. Plus, i loved the variety of vegetarian options during meals. The staff really stood out, especially viktoria, who greeted us warmly every meal.
